Every business no matter the size is subject to constraints that take many different forms. There will always be initiatives and goals that are simply unrealistic for the company to achieve at a given time due to resource or time management constraints. Defining, creating and implementing a structured prioritisation scheme will ensure that the brand’s commercial resources are being allocated efficiently and in accordance with the long-term strategic and daily goals of the business.
